About your pen
Conway Stewart provides a pen repair and restoration service for all Conway Stewart pens made since 1905.
For modern Conway Stewart pens our standard service includes expert cleaning and polishing your pen, replacing the ink sac at a cost of £50 if the pen is sent to our address in England. If sent to our repair service in the United States the cost would be $100.
All repairs use only genuine Conway Stewart replacement parts. For vintage and more complex restoration work, including fashioning new parts we are happy to provide a quote. If possible please provide your email address to aid in any correspondence.
Please send your pens via recorded delivery and we recommend insuring your pen appropriately. Please enclose a cheque made out to Conway Stewart & Co. Limited in the amount of either {£50 or $100} as appropriate, we are sorry that we will be unable to service your pen if it is unaccompanied by a cheque.
For our standard repair service we aim to dispatch your pen within 7 working days of receipt.
