Description
Il s'agit d'une édition limitée de 250 stylos pour célébrer le poème "Le Conway Stewart" de Seamus Heaney.
Seamus Heaney était un poète, dramaturge et traducteur irlandais. Il a reçu le prix Nobel de littérature 1995. Le poète américain Robert Lowell l'a décrit comme "le poète irlandais le plus important depuis Yeats", et beaucoup d'autres, dont l'universitaire John Sutherland, ont dit qu'il était "le plus grand poète de notre époque". À sa mort en 2013, le journal britannique The Independent le décrit comme « probablement le poète le plus connu au monde ».
Son douzième et dernier recueil de poésie publié en 2010 intitulé "Chaîne humaine" contient le poème sur son stylo plume Conway Stewart. Le poème décrit le don d'un stylo par ses parents la veille du départ du poète pour ses études secondaires au St Columb's College de Derry. La première tâche officielle du stylo entre les mains de Heaney est d'écrire une lettre à la maison.

The Conway Stewart Series 58 has the #5 nib; this is a slightly smaller nib that that in the Churchill/Winston range, but is still a delight to use. The #5 nib is available in all gold 1-tone finish in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium & Broad. The Fine is in 18ct gold, whilst the other widths are available in 14ct gold only.
